I documented my smoothie-making process this morning just to prove to myself that food photography IS HARD. Getting the background to be white so the photos float is the biggest challenge.
Start with some berries and a banana for added smoothie thickness.
Cut the fruit, drop it into a container, put it in the freezer, and then go and work out.smoothie5-1
Gather some protein powder (I like chocolate), some flax seed meal, and some type of milk (in this case vanilla almond milk).
Use a stick blender to blend it all up. Toss in a few ice cubes and blend further.
Wash the stick blender immediately by “blending” some soapy water. Then pour and enjoy.
